This week leaned into reliability where it’s felt most — faster Inbox search, steadier phone calls, and smoother automations — plus a few improvements to maintenance requests and the AI voice agent.
Inbox, Email & Texting
- 🔍 Inbox keyword search is faster and more dependable. We resharded the search index so account routing takes effect, and searches no longer get stuck on the “Indexing Your Data” message — so your team can find conversations more quickly.
Phone & Calling
- 📞 Inbound calling is more dependable after fixes for calls that dropped right after being answered, calls with no audio, and callers left on hold music — so more conversations connect cleanly the first time.
- 🔄 Call transfers are smoother, with fixes for freezes that could interrupt audio or a hand-off mid-call.
- 🧭 When you place an outbound call without a default number set, you’ll now see a “Set as my default number” prompt — a quick way to save your preferred line for next time.
Workflows & Automation
- ⚙️ Autopilot rules are more reliable and no longer get stuck showing “Running” for days, so your automations finish as expected and stay easier to track.
Maintenance
- 🏠 The tenant maintenance request form now accepts valid addresses even when duplicate property or unit records exist — so tenants are less likely to hit a “We could not match that address” error and can submit requests without a hitch.
AI Voice Agent
- 🤖 The AI voice agent is more reliable, with added loop protection on text replies, better handling of calls in progress during changes, and improved awareness of when a human is already responding — so it’s less likely to talk over your team. Requires a VoIP plan with the AI agent add-on.
New and rolling out
- 📋 CRM-plan customers can now have their existing properties organized into property groups via a support-assisted CSV upload — handy when there’s no PAS sync to populate them automatically.
Under the hood
- ⚙️ We made infrastructure upgrades that improve request speed, sync times, and the reliability of large enterprise data exports.
