This week brings two fresh ways to work — one-off e-signature requests and a real after-hours calling builder — plus a wave of mobile, phone, and reporting improvements that make everyday work smoother and more dependable.

New and rolling out

  • 🚀 You can now send a standalone e-signature request straight from Signatures — pick a ready template, add signers, and send, without first creating a process or pipeline record. Great for quick one-off documents.
  • 🧭 After-hours calling gets a dedicated builder, replacing the old on/off toggle. Teams that staff phones around the clock can now route after-hours calls to queues and ring groups instead of a dead-end menu. Rolling out for eligible accounts; requires a Phone plan.
  • 🏠 The AppFolio tenant application pipeline is now editable, so you can add and customize stages instead of being locked to the status mapping from AppFolio.

Phone & Calling

  • 📞 Calls connect faster after we resolved an issue that could add an ~8-second delay after pressing 1 to accept a call.
  • 📞 Voicemail is more reliable — callers reaching voicemail no longer hit an “Application Error.”
  • 📞 Call transfers are more dependable: if the transferring agent hangs up before resuming, the caller is far less likely to be left waiting on hold.
  • 📞 The minimized call modal is easier to reopen and expand, so transfer, conference, and hold controls stay within reach even with chat on screen.
  • ✅ Agents return to available status more reliably after a web call ends, so the next call gets routed without a hitch.

Mobile

  • 📱 Replies in existing text conversations now send reliably — no more silent failures when responding to an ongoing thread.
  • 📱 Tapping the phone button next to a contact now starts the call as expected on VoIP accounts.
  • 📱 The messaging attachment button responds on Android, opening your photo library and camera options.
  • 📱 Push notifications work after a fresh install on iOS, and the app’s notification settings are available again so you can enable them.
  • 📬 Conversations are labeled more accurately, so a thread no longer shows your own user as the contact.

Inbox, Email & Texting

  • ✉️ Searching for emails is now significantly faster.
  • ✉️ Email content renders correctly with accurate timestamps, so messages are easier to read and follow in order.

Reporting & Data

  • 📊 An export with zero matching deals now returns a CSV with column headers instead of a blank 0-byte file, so an empty result is clearly an empty result — not a broken export.
  • 📊 The Closed Business report shows valid dates again, ending the odd 1969 backdated entries so your historical numbers read correctly.
  • 🧭 Filtering a process dashboard by a specific property and unit now returns just that unit, not every unit at the property.
  • ✅ “Unassigned Processes” and “Unassigned Pipelines” are now labeled “Not In Folder,” making the list easier to understand at a glance.

Integrations & API

  • 🔄 The GET /calls API response now includes recording_url, making it easier to pull call recordings into your own integrations.
  • ⚙️ We made sync scheduling improvements across Rentvine, Rent Manager, Buildium, and Propertyware so integrations sync more efficiently and reliably.
  • 🔄 Paused webhooks no longer fire queued retries, reducing noise and keeping webhook delivery cleaner.
