The CRM and Inbox now share a calmer, more consistent design that makes everyday work easier to scan without moving the tools you already know. This week also brings a faster way to turn existing operating knowledge into an editable workflow, plus reliability improvements for email, texting, integrations, Tasks, and the mobile app.

CRM & Inbox refreshes

  • ๐Ÿงญ The CRM has a refreshed visual design. The Pipelines overview, board, list, and table views, and lead-detail pages now use clearer typography, spacing, colors, and visual hierarchy. Filters, search, stage controls, activities, tasks, and other familiar workflows remain in the same places.
  • ๐Ÿ“ฌ Inbox has been refreshed to match. The conversation list, message thread, composer, toolbar, and contextual details now feel more cohesive with the CRM and updated app navigation, with less visual clutter and clearer selected and unread states. The three-pane layout and existing Inbox workflows remain unchanged.

Pipelines & Processes

  • ๐Ÿงฉ Turn existing SOPs into an editable workflow draft. When you start a blank Process or Pipeline in the visual builder, a new guided setup helps you bring in source material, confirm the workflow structure, map roles, and create a first draft. You can then use the assistant to propose changes to stages, steps, conditions, and message templates while staying in control of what gets applied.
  • ๐Ÿ—“๏ธ Filter pipeline views by move-in, move-out, and lease-end dates. You can now build focused views for upcoming move-ins, turns, renewals, and other date-sensitive work.

Inbox, Email & Texting

  • ๐Ÿ“จ Unread conversations are easier to spot. A clearer unread indicator and bold subject styling help new messages stand out in your Inbox.
  • โœ‰๏ธ Draft handling is more dependable. Changing the sender on an email now preserves the draft, and successfully sent emails no longer linger in the Drafts view.
  • ๐Ÿ“ฒ Automated texts choose a messaging-ready number. Text tasks now avoid numbers that are still being ported and continue using an active LeadSimple texting line until the new number is ready.
  • ๐Ÿ”Ž Inbox search and conversation loading are more reliable. Search performance has been improved, and conversations are less likely to fail when related contact or deal information is temporarily unavailable.

Integrations

  • ๐Ÿ  AppFolio move-out dates are more accurate. LeadSimple now keeps the Current Lease Move Out Date empty until a move-out actually exists instead of filling it from the lease-end date, helping prevent premature move-out workflows.
  • ๐Ÿ”„ AppFolio delinquent-rent syncing is more dependable for larger portfolios. The sync now avoids account-wide requests that could time out and leave collections data incomplete.

Tasks & Reliability

  • โœ… Process tasks recover when an Operations plan is restored. If an account changes away from Operations and then changes back, unfinished Process tasks are restored instead of remaining permanently skipped.
  • ๐Ÿ“‹ The Tasks page handles empty states and shared links more smoothly. Deleting the last standalone task now shows the correct empty state immediately, and outdated task-filter links no longer cause the page to fail.
  • ๐Ÿ“ฑ Mobile errors are easier to understand. When a request cannot be completed, the app now shows the useful explanation returned by LeadSimple instead of a technical request path and status code.

Performance & API

  • โšก LeadSimple and its REST API do less unnecessary work. Billing and Library screens now load only when you open them, while custom-field responses for deals and Processes are assembled more efficiently.
