  • 📞 More dependable incoming calls. Improvements to mobile call registration and Android notifications help incoming calls reach your team more reliably on iOS and Android.
  • 🎧 Smoother Android calling. Bluetooth audio and call routing are more dependable, and ended calls stay ended even when an earlier connection is still finishing.
  • ✅ More responsive call controls. Ending a call disconnects it promptly, and actions such as mute, hold, accept, and reject more accurately reflect the result.
  • 📱 Queue callbacks on mobile. A floating callback icon lets you open an assigned callback from across the app, with the caller’s details ready to go.

  • 📬 A more focused Assigned to Me view. The filter more reliably shows conversations assigned to you, helping you find the work that needs your attention.
  • ✅ Bulk actions stay with your current view. Selecting and snoozing conversations in My Messages now respects that view, so unrelated conversations are left alone.
  • 🕒 Set your snooze time before saving. Custom snooze lets you finish choosing the date, time, and AM or PM before confirming when a conversation should return.

E-signatures

  • ✍️ One template, different numbers of signers. E-signature templates can accommodate varying signer counts by skipping unassigned contact roles, with at least one signer required.
  • 🔄 Keep documents moving after assigning signers. Eligible open e-signature tasks that could not send because signer roles were missing now retry automatically after valid assignments are saved.
