Weβre back again with more improvements to make your job easier!
π A due date is now required to start a process
Many tasks in a process are scheduled relative to the process due date, so if a due date is not set when you create the process, a lot of tasks could get scheduled for today instead of 30 days from now. Now, we remind you to set a due date for the process if you click βSaveβ before doing so.

πββοΈ Use team role merge tags in templates!
After you set up a team role on a process (e.g. leasing agent) you can add merge tags for that role to your email template. If John Smith is the Property Manager on a process and you want to tell an owner that he will be their point of contact, just add {{property_manager.first_name}} to the template.

π Search leads, properties, processes, or contacts more quickly
When you activate the search bar, youβll see a short menu with options to search leads, contacts, properties, or processes. Just type your search term and use the arrows on your keyboard to select the option you want to search and hit βEnterβ. Give it a try to see what happens!

β¬οΈ More date presets for filters

π Shared saved views when sharing a process
If you share a process with a friend or colleague, any saved views you have in that process will be shared as well! This way, what youβre sharing not only contains the process, but also the dashboard configuration you use to help manage the processes more effectively.

β¨ Other Updates
- β¨ FEATURE: Email threads have been cleaned up and are easier to read
- β¨ FEATURE: Replying to an email in a thread now includes CC and BCC addresses, not just the TO address
- β¨ FEATURE: A default, βAllβ saved view will always appear in new and existing pipelines and process types; this should make saved views more discoverable
- π FIXED: Copying templates from the library was not copying over the whole process
- π FIXED: Primary tenants were not being properly synced from Appfolio
