☎️ Twilio A2P Compliance
We’re working on a phone number registration flow for LeadSimple phone numbers to comply with a new policy that service providers are instituting. We know, it’s not the most exciting feature 😉, but it will ensure that all of you can easily comply with legal requirements regarding calling and texting with LeadSimple phone numbers.
⚙️ New Design of Integrations Page
We redesigned the Integrations settings page to be easier to navigate and support more integration partners in the future.
We also added the calendar/tasks integration to the Integrations page so it’s more discoverable (previously it was only visible from the Tasks page). Enjoy 🙂

📥 Inbox Updates
We did several things to improve Inbox in the last 2 weeks, including:
- Shortening the “Reply” box on a Conversation so you have more room to read the conversation, especially on smaller screens. This is a short term improvement, as we are planning to significantly improve the UX and usability of the Conversation page in the near future (stay tuned 📻)
- Updates to make the Help Scout conversation import tool run more smoothly
- Making Inbox easier to activate And several new Inbox features and improvements are in progress:
- In Progress: Reporting and metrics for Inbox (stay tuned 📻)
- In Progress: Splitting call/text conversations after they have been closed for more than 48 hours, to preserve reporting accuracy
- In Progress: Making it more obvious what “Related Leads” and “Related Processes” means on the Conversation page in Inbox
🐛 Bug Fixes
- Fixed issue where attachments and images were not sending in outbound emails
- Fixed issue where entering a “$” would break currency custom fields
- Fixed issue where the default sending email address was not being respected for a pipeline
