Now you can customize exactly which Contacts you want to include on outgoing communication from Leads and Processes!
For example, if you want only financially responsible tenants to receive outgoing emails and texts in the delinquency/late rent process, you can configure these new communication settings that way.
Find them under Settings > Process Type/Pipeline Settings > General > Communication and refer to this help article for more details.
