Yet again, our first class development team has produced some awesome new features and improvements for you this week. Take a look at what’s new and what’s coming up below!

✨ New Features

Customize your email signature for each email account you have access to Yes! You can now add a custom email signature to each email account you have access to in LeadSimple. Want to use a different email signature for each of your markets, or companies? Now you can. Set this up on your user profile settings page. Screen Shot 2022-04-22 at 2

Filter your Tenants pipeline by “amount receivable” and “delinquent rent” fields in Pipelines! Have you ever wanted to start Delinquency processes for tenants that are delinquent on other fees, not just on rent? Now you can.

  1. Navigate to your Current Tenants pipeline (e.g. “Appfolio/Buildium/Propertyware Tenants”)
  2. Click “Add Filter”
  3. Search for “Amount Receivable” and apply the filter
  4. Select all the tenants in the list
  5. Use the “Create processes” bulk action to start the delinquency process for any tenants that are delinquent on something other than rent Screen Shot 2022-04-22 at 2

Experimental feature to support sending from email aliases with Microsoft email accounts LeadSimple already supports sending from Google email aliases. We just added experimental support for sending from Microsoft email aliases too.

  1. Create a shared mailbox in Microsoft
  2. Grant permissions to send from this shared mailbox in Microsoft to a certain set of email accounts
  3. Connect one of these email accounts to LeadSimple as a shared email account
  4. Change the email address on the connected email account to the shared mailbox email

Sync “Amount Receivable” from Buildium’s API Our direct integration with Buildium now syncs “Amount Receivable” from Buildium’s API so you can run Delinquency processes properly. Screen Shot 2022-04-22 at 2


📥 Inbox Update

We have some exciting features coming for Inbox this quarter. Here’s a sneak peak into what the future holds!

  • Inbox Reporting that will track first response time, time to close, replies to close, conversations closed, and conversation volume based on business hours and with filters for timeframe, users, and inboxes.
  • A simplified conversation page (specifically make the reply box smaller, and making emails more readable)
  • A tag management interface for Inbox so you can edit and delete conversation tags

🧽 User Experience Improvements

  • Changed the wording from “delete” to “close” when closing conversations in bulk in Inbox
  • Made Process features more obvious to accounts that aren’t on the Operations plan
  • Use “Personal” instead of “Individual” to refer to email accounts connected to a specific user
