🏡 Filter tenants by property
Now you can use the “property” filter in your Tenants pipeline to show all the prospective tenants who have inquired about a property or applied. This is extremely useful when a property is rented and you need to update the stage of all the tenants who have inquired to “property rented”. Simply filter your tenants by the property and move them to the “property rented” stage in bulk.
❰ ❱ Use Unit merge tags in emails to prospective tenants
Now you can send all the details about a given property to prospective tenants when they inquire, including the unit’s square feet, estimated rent, beds, baths and more.
✅ All process types / All pipelines filter for Tasks
Efficiency is king when it comes to processes (well… a lot of the time). We added “All Processes” and “All Pipelines” filters to the Tasks page so you can quickly see all operations-related tasks or all sales-related tasks instead of all of them at once.
✏️ Easier data entry with more highlighting on form fields
We made it more obvious which fields need to be filled out based on a task’s instructions. This will speed up your data entry during a process.
➗ Save decimal percentages for leasing/property management fees
You can now track percentages with decimal points in your custom fields. This makes it easier to track the exact percentage for your leasing or property management fees to reference during a process or use in an email template.
