👉 Simplified navigation sidebar
Per user feedback, we darkened the background color and switched the font to make the navigation sidebar less crowded and more readable.
🏡 Filter process types by property
Do you use a process type to run your Application Screening process in LeadSimple? If so, you may have wanted to quickly find all applicants who have applied for a specific property (e.g. to move them into a different stage if a different applicant was approved). Now you can filter process types by property to do just that:
📥 Inbox Improvements
Since we launched Inbox in June, we’ve been hard at work improving and optimizing it based on our customer’s feedback. Here’s what’s new:
- Automatically scroll the to latest message in a conversation so you don’t have to find it yourself
- Add ability to print Inbox conversations. This is useful if you are running an eviction process and need to share communications between you and the tenant with a third party.
- Make Inbox counters more accurate and responsive when you close and snooze conversations assigned to you
- Fix error that appeared when you tried to delete a shared email account
- Fix issue where emails with large screenshots or lots of HTML would be cut off horizontally; now they don’t 🙂
