📥 Shared email account permissions are easier to customize!
We made the permissions on shared email accounts A LOT easier to customize.
- Before you had to hop between multiple settings pages to give users access to a shared email account
- Now, all you have to do is go to your Company settings page, click the ⚙️ on a shared email account, and type to add the users who need to send/receive from that inbox
This update is available to all users, not just Inbox beta testers, so go ham with it!
🔀 One-way Rentvine Integration!!
That’s right; LeadSimple has a one-way integration with Rentvine! Like our integrations with Appfolio, Propertyware, and Buildium, the Rentvine integration automatically pulls data out of your RentVine account into LeadSimple, reducing data entry by hours every week.
If you’re looking into RentVine, just know your LeadSimple systems are ready for it!
💾 Duplicate management interface!
Ever need an easier way to merge duplicate properties, leads or contacts in your account? Well, now it’s here! Formerly a private feature used by our internal team, the merge duplicate interface is now public for anyone to use!
Just go to your Contacts or Properties pages and click the merge icon in the upper right corner.
📊 The Industry Benchmarks report has been decommissioned
For years now, LeadSimple had a report that showed you how you stacked up against other property management companies on key metrics like conversion rate, response time, email response time, etc… However, since this report was lightly used and needed significant performance improvements, we removed it for the time being. If you’d like us to add it back in the future, send us an email/chat!
✏️ Small Wins
- Display PMSync integration instructions on integrations page - this should help new users get the property management software integration set up more quickly
- Deleting process types is faster - usually waiting isn’t fun, so we removed some of the waiting out of your life with this improvement 🙂
🛠 The “Fixed” List
- FIXED a bug where financially responsible tenants were not consistently being marked as “primary” when importing from Appfolio
- FIXED a small visual issue where email addresses did not have a space between them (john@example.comsally@example.com vs. now: john@example.com, sally@example.com)
Continued Improvements to Inbox
- Real time updates in Inbox 🔁 - Inbox will update in real time (without a page refresh) to show you when someone else is interacting or replying to a conversation you’re looking at
- Inbox organization improvements
- Ability to @mention/tag other teammates in notes anywhere in LeadSimple (Inbox included)! Stay tuned…
Other Upcoming Updates
- Upgrades to the text editor used when writing emails, notes and email signatures - this will enable us to build a lot of useful features (like @mentions/tagging)
