✨ New

Upgrades to the Notes editor on Leads, Processes & Inbox! We gave the Notes editor lots of upgrades to make it easier to use:

  • We gave the Notes editor a yellow 🟡 background to match notes in the activity feed; this makes it more obvious that Notes are internal to your team, not something owners and tenants will see
  • The toolbar options will show you what formatting is being used. So when you highlight some text in the note with your cursor the toolbar will show you if you’re using bold, italic, hyperlink, centering, etc…
  • Links are auto formatted when you paste them into a Note. This way, you don’t have to paste a link and manually hyperlink it to the actual link; the editor does that for you! Screen Shot 2021-12-03 at 11 Screen Shot 2021-12-03 at 12

😌 Improved

We’ve improved a couple things since our last update.

Inbound calls ring for 35 seconds instead of 27 When a lead or customer calls one of your LeadSimple provisioned phone numbers, the phone will ring for 35 seconds instead of 27, so you have a little more time to pick up the phone before they’re sent to voicemail.

We removed “this lead is assigned to another user” warning when calling owner/tenant from a Process This warning wasn’t supposed to occur when you make a call from a process.

We made the error message more clear and friendly if you try accessing a process you don’t have permission to see Previously, if you tried to access a lead or process that you didn’t have permission to see, you would see an unclear error message that didn’t tell you what was wrong. Error messages should communicate what’s wrong and how to fix it in a friendly way, so we changed this message to tell you that you need to ask an admin for permission to fix the problem 🙂 Screen Shot 2021-12-03 at 12

✅ Fixed

A few bugs appeared in the last two weeks and as always, we got them fixed.

  • Owner information sometimes was not auto-populating after starting a process and connecting a property; now it is.
  • Some users were unable to change the “from” email address when sending an email from a Task.
  • Some users were unable to remove files from certain templates. We corrected this so it’s possible again.

📥 Inbox Beta Update

The Inbox beta continues to get closer to a public launch. We’re currently planning the next big features for Q1 2022, and our development team is building a SUPER SECRET feature we hope to launch very soon (P.S. this feature will be available to everyone before Inbox comes out). Stay tuned…
