Our Main Focus

We’re focusing most of our efforts on Inbox right now, the shared customer communications tool to consolidate your helpdesk and customer support system into the same tool you use for your CRM and process management (i.e. LeadSimple). Already using a helpdesk system, like HelpScout? Inbox will replace that system and give you one less tool to log into, and more data in one place. Do you just use Gmail / Outlook, and your cell phone to communicate with customers? Inbox consolidates all your communication channels into a shared inbox so you and your teammates can collaborate and all customer communications are in one place.

🚧 Make it clear why a lead or client was marked “unsubscribed”

When a lead unsubscribes from your automated emails, it’s helpful to know if they actually clicked the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of your email, or if their mailbox is full, which will also mark the lead as unsubscribed in LeadSimple. 🗑 Disable the “delete process” button if a user doesn’t have permission

📧 Display {{today}} merge tag as an option for email and text message templates in Processes

To insert today’s date in your email and text message templates, you can use the {{today}} merge tag. This feature has been around for a while, but we just now started displaying it in the list of available merge tags in process emails/texts (finally 😄). 🐛🐞🪳 The “Fixed” List

We fixed several bugs in the past two weeks, always aiming to get them fixed quickly so you can continue to do your job without interruption!

  • Make the Zillow “search” link in LeadSimple go directly to the correct property listing in Zillow
  • Fixed an issue where email signatures appeared to be sending in text messages
  • Fixed an issue for some clients where Lease Renewal processes were sometimes being created for tenants who had moved out already
