✨ Require your team to enter data in a process

Now, we will warn you if you try to complete a task without filling out the data fields in the instructions. This way the process always has the information you need to support conditional logic. Previously, you had to rely on training your team to fill out information at each step of the process, but no more!

🎁 Text formatting available in your notes and manual activities!

Now you can add lists, bold/italic text, videos, pictures and more to the notes you leave in LeadSimple! A few uses for this are:

• Add pictures to notes in an inspection process
• Add a video of a move out walkthrough to the notes on your move out process
• Make your notes easier for you and your team to read and scan

📊 See the totals of each bar in your reports

Previously, it was difficult to see exactly how many leads or activities were represented in each bar in your reports. Now you can easily see the total at the end of each bar in the report, and in the widget that appears when hovering over a bar.

💌 Get fewer notification emails when assigning leads or processes in bulk

When you create 50+ lease renewal processes in bulk from your tenant list, we used to send a notification email for every single renewal to the users you assigned to those process. This created a TON of emails! Now, we will only send one email to the user when you create or assign processes or leads in bulk, with a summary of the leads or processes.

🐛 FIXED: Some pages taking longer to load

Some processes and pages in the app were taking a long time to load, so we cleaned up the code to speed things up again!

🐛 FIXED: Inability to delete assignee roles on some processes

Some processes would not allow you to delete assignee roles. So, naturally, we fixed it 🙂
