🤖 AI-assisted maintenance text triage is now available in preview for eligible maintenance numbers, helping summarize tenant text/MMS intake, surface missing information, and prepare the right work order path for review or creation.
📞 Phone settings are easier to manage for larger and mixed-permission teams. Admins get smoother loading for accounts with hundreds of numbers, and limited-access users can view the numbers they’re connected to without needing full admin access.
📞 Call transfers, conferencing, and ring group setup are more dependable after fixes for failed transfers, unavailable teammates, and external-number routing.
📊 Phone reports load more reliably when grouping call volume by phone number.
📝 Task instructions and descriptions should no longer interrupt typing while autosaving.
🧭 Processes are more reliable after fixes for “Couldn’t Load Data” errors and direct process links opened with an empty local cache.

🔄 Propertyware and Rentvine syncs are more dependable, including ownership changes, delinquency balances, and vendor assignments on work orders.
