Here’s some of the new tech we’ve been working on in the past two weeks. We think these features will make your day-to-day job a bit easier!
🛠 Customize default process names using merge tags!
Some processes are specifically for a property (e.g. property onboarding), but others are more focused on the owner or tenant (e.g. owner onboarding, delinquency). Now you can choose how your new processes are named to use either the property street address, or the owner or tenant name! Watch the video
🏡 Appfolio sync now supports first and last name columns
When you sync data from Appfolio, LeadSimple will now use the first and last name columns in the Owner Directory report for the owner’s name(s). This ensures that naming is always accurate.
✅ Task actions are more obvious and clear
Now, the task action button is on the left-hand side next to the check box. Some users had a hard time finding the action when it was on the far right of the task. Some would check off the task thinking that doing so would actually do the task (e.g. send the email template). We think this change will make it easier to find task actions and teach new users how to use them so that all tasks get completed correctly.
💌 Inbox
The Inbox module is still in the Alpha phase, but we are making fast progress on the bugs and tweaks that need to be made before launching it to a select group of Beta customers. If you would like to be a part of the Beta, send us an email! (support@leadsimple.com)
🐛 Bug Fixes
We have also been fixing bugs, some of which you might have seen but others that didn’t effect customers very closely. We want the software to run like a well oiled machine so you can do your job well and we are always looking for ways to accomplish that, even if it doesn’t involve shiny new features.
