⏱ Track completion time on your processes

Screen Shot 2021-06-07 at 2 At the top of your process dashboards, the time-to-complete metric will now stay up to date properly. Track how long it’s taking you to complete Workorders, Applications, and any other time-sensitive process!

📧 Read emails faster with automatic scrolling

Watch the video When you click on an email in the activity feed of a lead or process, you will get automatically scrolled to the beginning of that email. That way you don’t have to scan through the email thread to hunt it down!

✅ Test brand new process quickly with auto-generated test data

Screen Shot 2021-06-07 at 2 When you create a new process type or pipeline, an example process/lead will be generated. With this test process or lead, it’s even easier to test new workflows or updates to your workflows without needing to create one yourself.

⚡️ Zapier integration improvements

We made 2 improvements to our Zapier integration in the past two weeks; they will many Zaps significantly!

  1. Automatically populate contacts in processes based on the property that is selected: Create-process zaps only require you to add the property. LeadSimple will add the current contacts on that property (i.e. owners, tenants, etc…) into their respective roles automatically instead of requiring you to set all that up in your Zap.
  2. Look up the property and unit together: This allows you to remove the additional steps to find and select a unit on a property. Now you just need one step to find both the property and the specific unit on that property you want to use in your Zap.
