This week, we continued pushing out improvements to the core product.
PMSync now moves stale owners & tenants to “past stages”
When an account stops receiving a tenant or owner from PMSync, it will now be marked as Past in LeadSimple, so it won’t auto-populate on new processes going forward. This ensures only the current tenants and owners are pulled into new processes.
Make Activity feed text more readable
Certain activities in the feed on a lead or process were difficult to read. We’ve adjusted the contrast to fix this 🙂

Left-align activity feed events to make it more scannable
Also, we changed the small event activities in the feed on processes and leads to display be left-aligned with your communication and note activities. This should make it easier to scan the feed.

Add the “merge” button back for duplicate leads
We unintentionally left out the “merge” button on duplicate leads when we released updates to the activity feed. We added this back so you can easily merge duplicates once again.

Display an error message when adding a custom field with an identical name to an existing field
Previously, if you tried to add a custom field with an identical name to an existing custom field you already created, you would not get an error message and the window would do nothing. Now you receive an error so you know what needs to be fixed.

Make it more obvious that individual units can be selected on multi-family properties
You can create a process or tenant lead record for an individual unit on a multi-family property, but we added a label to these properties to make that more clear.

Fixed: Agent Responsiveness report not updating properly
We fixed an issue where the Agent Responsiveness report was not tracking “first touch” properly.
