It would be very beneficial to not just see that A “recipient” read an email, but WHICH recipient. I don’t know if it’s 1 owner, both owners, or just another staff/PM member that we CC’d on the email. Better proof than knowing someone opened the email would be knowing WHO actually opened it.

I do like how it shows you each time a recipient opened it and not just the first time and that these are date/time stamped.

If it's possible to do this same for Texting, I would suggest that as well, but at the very least emails.
