I'm requesting that the ability to automatically assign users to roles within processes by property group is added to pipelines, or at least to the special "renter applicant" pipelines that automatically sync new applicants from your connected PM software into LeadSimple.

(I believe most LeadSimple clients use these pipelines to automatically create their application screening process when a new lead is synced.)

This new feature would allow property managers to easily divide up renter applicant leads whose applications need to be processed based on, for example, the region of the property they are applying to (using a property groups for geographical regions), or based on any other factor of the user's choice. Being able to assign these leads based on property groups would be beneficial over having to manually assign them.
