Natalia is requesting an enhancement to how LeadSimple handles email delivery within processes. Their team has started sending emails to clients and tenants through LeadSimple as part of their phased rollout, with plans to use the LeadSimple Inbox eventually.
However, they’ve encountered a critical blocker: LeadSimple currently sends automated process emails only to the first email listed on a contact record. Many of their clients have multiple emails under a single AppFolio contact (e.g., spouses, assistants, trustees, or military emails for deployed clients). Because these are not set up as separate owners in AppFolio, all relevant emails must reside under one contact.
Due to this limitation, process emails are not reaching all intended recipients. Without the ability to send emails to all addresses on a contact record, they cannot fully adopt this feature.
They are requesting that LeadSimple add functionality to allow process emails to be sent to all email addresses listed for a contact, rather than only the primary one.
